These terms apply to your use of homepros.casa and to cleaning services provided by Home Pros, operated by Home Pros LLC ("Home Pros," "we," "us"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Home Pros provides carpet, upholstery, rug, tile and grout, hardwood floor, house and commercial cleaning in the Bay Area, Peninsula, San Jose and surrounding cities.

Estimates and pricing

Prices on our website and from our online estimate calculator are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after a free on-site assessment and may change based on the size, condition and specific needs of the item or space. Any change to the agreed price will be discussed with you before work begins.

Free assessments

Assessments are free and carry no obligation to book.

Scheduling, cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as early as possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle and checks.

Your responsibilities

Provide safe access to the areas being cleaned, with working water and electricity
Secure pets and remove valuables, fragile items and personal belongings from the work area
Tell us about known issues such as delicate fabrics, previous treatments, water damage or loose flooring

Results and pre-existing conditions

We work hard to remove every stain and odor, but some stains, wear, fading, pet damage and pre-existing conditions cannot be fully removed. Results depend on the age, material and condition of the item. We will point out any concerns during your assessment.

Satisfaction

If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will come back to review it and re-clean where needed.

Limitation of liability

Home Pros is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, except where the law does not allow this limit. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects or items not disclosed before service.

Referral partners

Our referral partners are independent businesses. We recommend them in good faith, but we are not responsible for their work, pricing or warranties. Any agreement you make is between you and that partner.

Use of our website

All content on homepros.casa, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Home Pros and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in Santa Clara County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
